Semantech supported a major US Coast Guard project referred to as the C2 Convergence initiative. This initiative was related to the USCG Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) efforts and included preliminary design and analysis for USCG SOA Adoption.

In our role we led an agile team of enterprise architects and were charged with reconcilation of multiple enterprise architectures (in different formats; e.g. Zachman, FEAF, DoDAF etc.) as well as lifecycle management and systems analysis. In the context of this project we employed industry leading tools such as Accept 360, IBM System Architect and Enterprise Elements. We also applied multiple Semantic technologies and standards to the architecture reconcilation efforts providing unique insights and integration opportunities.
